The palace is a 5.8-acre property uniquely located at the centre of city Sardarshehar. Idea is to create a luxury boutique hotel with 100 rooms in the context of Rajasthani architecture but with a touch of modern interiors. This has been translated into a project where there is a dialogue between the old and the new. Luxury was about being authentic both in terms materials and workmanshipand in providing visitors a tactile and sensual experience within the historical context of the state Rajasthan without aping the old. The major materials been used are Dholpur stone & Jodhpur sandstone for thermal performance as well as aesthetic agglomeration of the building with the surrounding.
